	My name is Mtsiltsqet. I was born August 19, 1947. My parents were Joe and Amy Peters. Their fathers were Chief Harry Peters of Samahquam and Chief Paul Dick of Lil'wat. I learned our songs from my father and other elders. The Water song came to me in the water at Lil’wat. The song is a healing, helping song, meant to be shared.
