Treaty Settlement Land
Treaty Settlement Lands will be renegotiated following the withdrawal of Xax’tsa. The basis for commencing negotiations will be the Final Agreement (draft 64) as it existed prior to Xax’tsa withdrawal, as summarized here:

| a) | 1284 hectares, more or less, of Former In-SHUCK-ch Nation Indian Reserves identified in Appendix B-2 Part 1; |
| b) | 5 hectares, more or less, of Former Federal Real Property identified in Appendix B-3; |
| c) | 15,008 hectares, more or less, of Former Provincial Crown land identified in Appendix B-4; and |
| d) | 59 hectares, more or less, of former private fee simple land identified in Appendix B-5. |
